Purchase Ledger Officer
Location: Sheffield Wilson Carlile Centre

Overview of Role:
We are looking to appoint someone experienced in managing purchase ledger who will provide a high quality, effective and flexible service in processing purchase ledger and other finance tasks. In this role you will be responsible for invoices, petty cash claims and staff expenses, as well as other regular payments and the purchase ledger payment runs. This role will liaise with managers and suppliers, as well as relating to the wider finance team and other members of staff.
This role would suit someone with some previous experience and knowledge of working in finance and accounting, bringing existing purchase ledger knowledge. The successful candidate will need be able to work to deadlines and have strong skills in admin, organisation, and IT. The nature of the role requires someone who is able to manage confidential data and is a problem solver.
Salary: £27,699 per annum
Hours:Â 37.5 hours per week
Pension:Â Church Army is an auto enrolment pension employer. You will be assessed under pension auto enrolment criteria.
Annual Leave:Â 25 days, plus Bank Holidays (total 33 days)
Contract:Â Â Full-Time, Fixed Term until 30 November 2026
