These gatherings remind us just how deeply prayer underpins everything we do at Church Army – and how powerful it is when we come together to seek God’s heart.

January 2026 Online Prayer Breakfast

In January, CEO Matt Barlow joined us, we introduced our new Director of Engagement, Emily Petty, and she talked with Ema, who leads the team at Church Army’s Ruby Project. Ema shared about the project’s work, offering practical and spiritual support to women impacted by the sex industry. Her passion and compassion shone as she spoke about sharing God’s love with every woman they meet, and about lives being changed through hope, dignity and prayer.

The early church understood the power of gathering together before God – and that same spirit is at the heart of our Prayer Breakfasts today.
