Waterways Chaplaincy seeks to reach out to people in our waterways communities. We have an exciting opportunity for a new leader to join us, with responsibility for leading our work in the North. As a member of the leadership team, you will assist in the leadership of this ecumenical fast growing, outreach ministry and develop our volunteers within the area as well as create new opportunities


20 hours per week

Flexibility is required over the week, including evenings and weekends as the role requires


£18,713.88 per annum


25 days, plus bank holidays, pro-rata


You will be assessed under auto-enrolment legislation. If you are eligible for pension contributions, you will be enrolled into a qualifying scheme and minimum pension contributions will be made by the employer.

Occupational Requirement

It is an occupational requirement that the job holder is a Christian under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Eqaulity Act 2010. This means that the post holder is in agreement with our vision and values, and is actively engaged in the life and ministry of a church.
