Welcome to the Amber Project Website
The Amber Project exists to support any young person (aged 14-25) in Cardiff and the surrounding areas who has experience of self-harm.
Please feel free to look around, and if you have any questions or think that we might be able to help, please do contact us. We are available Monday - Friday 9:30-5:30 . Unfortunately the current Coronavirus outbreak has had a huge impact on our services and we are currently unable to take new referrals. However if you get in touch we will take your details and get back to you as soon as we are able to resume normal services. Visit the 'What happens next' section of the About Us page for more details.

Bored, wondering how to keep busy....
Check out the pages, What to do when there's nothing to do.
This week (starting Monday 14th September) our workshops continue to resume remotely. This week all workshops apart from the early Belong group are running.
. The project is extremely grateful to the funders who are enabling us to develop new ways of working at this difficult time . Check out our 'News' page for more information about the groups.
We have now been in touch with everyone who was referred to the project prior to lock-down. This coming week we will be continuing to contact referrals that were received since March. A few referrals were encrypted and no longer allow us to open them. If you have sent a referral which was password protected and the young person still wishes to access the project please re-send the document,
We are taking new referrals. If you have been referred / or made a referral to the project and haven't heard from us please do contact us.
