Location     Wilson Carlile Centre, Sheffield
 
Details Church Army Mission Community, is a community of people passionate about evangelism and seeing communities transformed through faith shared in word and action. This role sits within our Community Team, who are employees based at our National Offices in Sheffield, who serve the Mission Community.

As Pathways Officer you will be responsible for increasing vocations to and within Church Army. You will network with other vocations advisers across the church to profile Church Army, as well as train and resource internally to allow other colleagues to raise the profile of vocations in their contexts as well as develop their own professional training and development needs.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about evangelism;
  • Experienced in a vocational and discernment process;
  • An excellent networker;
  • Able to work collaboratively.
Hours     37.5 hours per week. 
Normal working days are Monday to Friday with some evening and weekend work on occasion. 
 
Pay          £37,478 per annum
 
Holiday 25 days, plus bank holidays, pro-rata. 
 
Pension
 
Church Army is an auto enrolment employer. If you are eligible for pension contributions, you will be enrolled into a qualifying scheme and minimum pension contributions will be made by the employer.

Clergy and Church Army commissioned evangelists, will be eligible to join the CEPB scheme which is non contributory for employees.
