Are you…
Experienced in floating/visiting support?
Experienced in tenancy sustainment advice?
Able to develop and sustain relationships?
Organised and gifted in time management?
Confident in delivering training and support sessions?
Willing and able to work flexibly to meet the needs of young people?
We are looking for someone who can provide daytime, some evenings and some weekend, visiting support to young people living in their own accommodation in the community. You will provide a structured and responsive support to the tenancy sustainment needs of young people living in their own accommodation. You will also provide resettlement support, information and guidance for young people identified as ready for move on in preparation for the transition from Ty Bronna to living in the community. You should have good relationship skills to develop and sustain relationships with young people, partners, stakeholders and new and existing housing providers
Salary
£23,215 per annum
Hours
40 hours per week. Usual hours of work will be Monday to Friday combination of daytime and evenings and one weekend day and evening every two weeks, as part of an 8-week rota. The post holder will be required to have emergency on-call
responsibilities.
Pension
Church Army is an auto enrolment employer. If you are eligible for pension contributions, you will be enrolled in to a qualifying scheme and minimum pension contributions will be made by the employer.
Annual Leave
28 days inclusive of bank holidays
Rising by one day a year to a maximum of 33 days after each full year’s service; this includes 8 days for bank holidays.

Full Time, Open Ended
DBS
An enhanced DBS check required and compliance with Church Army’s safeguarding policies. Safeguarding training will be required.
