We have ambitious plans to grow more leaders in evangelism who live out our values and raise up more leaders who in turn will raise up more leaders. We are passionate about investing in and developing leaders and resourcing the church. This role is at the heart of making that happen.

This is a unique opportunity for a gifted individual to join Church Army at an exciting time as we take forward new aspects of our strategy. The role suits someone who is looking to grow their experience, is able to inspire and mentor others and passionate about seeing others reach their leadership potential. You will work with the senior team of the Learning and Development team and therefore be someone who is a collaborative team player and able to inspire others.

Salary £36,200 per annum
Hours 37.5 hours per week (including evenings and weekends)
 
Pension Employees will be assessed under autoenrolment pension legislation and if eligible, minimum contributions will be made. 
 
Annual Leave 25 days per year plus bank holidays (33 days in total)
 
DBS Requirement
 
A DBS is not required for this role.
All staff are expected to read and comply with Church Army's Safeguarding Policy: Safer Ministry.
 
Occupational Requirement
 
This post is subject to an Occupational Requirement under the provisions made in the Equality Act 2010 that the post holder has an active faith in Jesus. 
The successful candidate must be in agreement with the vision and values of Church Army.
